What Is CAPSULE?

CAPSULE is an unscripted conversation series by Sharing Air. Each episode invites two people to sit face to face, choose their own questions across four pillars, Connect, Discover, Reflect, and Heal, and talk honestly about what still matters.

This is not performance. It is a pause.

CAPSULE is for you if:

You and someone you know want to share a real, guided conversation on camera together. Or you are an individual carrying a question about love, faith, family, identity, grief, or growth and are open to being paired with someone exploring something similar.

How CAPSULE Works

• Apply — Submit as a pair or as an individual open to being matched.
• We Review — Our team confirms pairs or creates intentional matches around shared themes.
• The Experience — Filming Day moves through three parts. We will share what to expect before you arrive, but some of it is meant to be felt in the moment.
• Release — Select conversations are edited and shared as part of the series, only with your consent.

Is CAPSULE free to participate in?

Yes. There is no cost to apply or participate if selected.

Where do you film?

Season 1 is filmed in Philadelphia and Abington, PA, with the support of Salem Baptist Church of Abington.

How long does it take?

Plan for approximately 90-120 minutes total on filming day.

Will everything be posted online?

No. Conversations are edited with care and shared only with participant consent.
